If Form Slots isn't working for you, email support@formslots.com and we'll sort it out. We handle refund requests case by case. Paddle also processes refunds and billing support as our Merchant of Record.

No. Your responses always live in your own Google Form and Sheets. Form Slots only manages limits and the waitlist. If you downgrade, your forms keep their responses.
