Getting started
- Install Form Slots from the Google Workspace Marketplace and open it from the add-on menu inside your form.
- Connect your Google account once so the add-on can manage that form's slots.
- Pick the question to limit, set a capacity per option, and turn on the waitlist or a schedule.
- Share your form's normal link. Full options close on their own and the waitlist promotes people for you.

Managing your access and data
- Review or revoke access: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and select Form Slots.
- Uninstall: remove the add-on from your form's add-on menu, or from the Marketplace.
- Delete your data: email support@formslots.com and we'll delete the configuration and tokens we hold within 30 days. Your form responses stay in your own Google account. See our Privacy Policy.
